  • O que é a Anca?

    The Hip is the joint that connects your upper leg bone to your pelvic bone. There are several muscles surrounding and connected to the hip bones that allow for all the movements of your upper leg, such as walking, going up stairs, driving, riding a bike. We also have very strong ligaments that connect the hip joint. Ironically, it is often said, put your hands on your “hips”, but, that is not your hips at all, it is your Iliac crests…another topic.

Improper muscle balance can lead to premature degeneration of the hip joint and the cause of the illnesses listed above.
